The answer should be – the most important person in your life!!!

But if you are like so many women, especially mothers you have learnt, mainly from society’s expectations to be “the nice girl – the good girl” and put other people’s needs ahead of your own.

It’s time to take a fresh look at what SELF-CARE is all about.

Self-care is a form of self-love. It’s a way of nourishing ourselves deeply and completely.

It’s a practice of meeting our own needs = physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

Self-care is about taking small daily actions to meet your own needs and support your own self. When you do this you rely less on the external world to give you what you need and you are more able to find what you are seeking within yourself.

We need to do more of these things that energise us and make us happy and less of the things that drain and exhaust us.

This course which will be building and building on the many hours of self-care workshops that I run to examine all different aspects of our life. Putting the daily behaviours and patterns under a microscope and examining what is working and not working for you and how we can improve our life from average to amazing with a few tweaks here and there.
