How much FUN are you having? This section is about how you are spending your time doing the activities that you enjoy.
You will rank each section on a scale of 1 to 10 (Ten being amazing and couldn’t get any better and one being poor and major need for improvement.):
- Time – how much time do you spend on fun and recreation. Is there a good balance or just not enough.
- Quality – are you doing the quality things that really satisfy you. Are they high quality things or are you spending too much time on things you feel obligated to do and not enjoying them. (eg visiting the old aunty that you don’t even like but feel obliged to see)
- Frequency – how often do you make time for fun and recreation or is it just work, work, work.
- Adventure and connection – are you getting a good dose of them.
- Using fun and recreation to help you grow personally.
- Is it contributing to you other goals too. Is it ecological (eg are you eating out too much and this is affecting your health score).
Write down your score for Fun and Recreation.
