Our one-day event in the serene countryside of Marburg was a transformative experience, bringing together like-minded women for a day of nourishment, connection, and self-care. Attendees enjoyed a gentle yoga session with Renee Chamberlin from Unwind Body and Mind, learned about clean eating and essential oils with Marcia Davidson from Nutrition & Gut Health Coach, and participated in a delicious, hands-on cooking demonstration by Sandi Clarke. Kerri Speyers from Life Choices Coaching guided participants through emotional health and boundary-setting techniques.
