Step into the heart of our recent Women’s Wellness & Health Retreat, where the focus was on nourishing both body and soul.
Set in the serene countryside of Temple Retreat, this two-day, two-night retreat offered a holistic experience designed to rejuvenate, refresh and empower. The Retreat’s core activities included meditation with Kerri Speyers from Life Choices Coaching, a workshop on nutrition and gut health with Marcia Davidson from Kickstart Your Wellness, and a creative art session focused on colour with Erena Hodgson, a Holistic Creative Integrated Arts Therapist. Attendees also enjoyed a cooking demonstration by Sandi Clarke, featuring a delicious, nutrient-packed meal, and a calming Sound Gong experience, also with Erena Hodgson.
